Shannen heeft eind vorige maand haar huis in Malibu verkocht.
tress Shannen Doherty of “Beverly Hills, 90210” fame has sold her house in Malibu for $2.495 million.
The ocean-view single-story home, built in 1977, features a large living room with distressed wood ceilings, a wet bar and a fireplace.
The kitchen’s breakfast area opens to a family room with a fireplace. There’s also a formal dining room.
The master suite has high ceilings and three closets for a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms within the 3,600 square feet of living space.
Actress Shannen Doherty has sold a Malibu house for $4.275 million.
Sliding glass doors open to a wood deck and a heated lagoon-style swimming pool and spa. The 10,087-square-foot grounds include multiple seating and garden areas.
Doherty, 44, gained notice in the 1990s as Brenda Walsh on “Beverly Hills, 90210” and reprised the role in “90210” (2008-09). She starred in “Charmed” (1998-2001) and is in the current series “Off the Map.”
She bought the wood-clad house in 2003 for an undisclosed amount.
Chris Cortazzo and Tara Switzer of Coldwell Banker were the listing agents. Cortazzo, Switzer and Bruce Mibach, also with Coldwell Banker, represented the buyers.

Shannen heeft bekend gemaakt borstkanker te hebben, nadat juridische documenten in de pers verschenen waarin ze haar manager verantwoordelijk hield voor haar gezondheidstoestand. Momenteel ondergaat Shannen een chemokuur en moet er mogelijk een borstamputatie plaatsvinden omdat de kanker in een later stadium werd ontdekt.
Shannen Doherty houdt haar manager verantwoordelijk voor de ernst van haar ziekte. De 44-jarige actrice heeft borstkanker en stelt dat de ziekte eerder ontdekt was als haar manager zijn werk beter had gedaan.
Dat blijkt uit rechtbankdocumenten waarop TMZ de hand wist te leggen.
Doherty gaf ook haar verzekeringen uit handen. Haar manager zou een factuur van haar zorgverzekeraar hebben genegeerd, waardoor Doherty haar verzekering kwijt raakte. De actrice, bekend van Beverly Hills 90210 en Charmed, kon zich pas dit jaar weer verzekeren. Omdat ze een paar maanden onverzekerd was, ging Doherty niet regelmatig op controle bij artsen. Dat deed ze naar eigen zeggen wel toen ze verzekerd was.
In maart 2015 klopte Doherty aan bij een arts en werd de diagnose borstkanker gesteld. De ziekte bleek al uitgezaaid naar een lymfeklier. Volgens Doherty kreeg ze van haar artsen te horen dat de kanker zich in 2014, toen ze onverzekerd was, uitzaaide. Volgens de actrice is het de schuld van haar manager dat de ziekte zo laat werd ontdekt.
Doherty stelt in de documenten dat ze mogelijk een ingrijpende behandeling inclusief borstamputatie en chemotherapie moet ondergaan. Die behandelingen hadden volgens Doherty mogelijk voorkomen kunnen worden als haar managers de rekeningen op tijd hadden betaald. Doherty heeft haar manager vorig jaar ontslagen.

CAN you believe it’s been a whopping 9 years since we had any new episodes of Charmed?
With the constant repeats of the supernatural show running on TV (we’re looking at you E4!) it’s easy to forget that the characters have moved on and grown up.
And no character has surprised us more than little Wyatt Halliwell, aka Jason and Kristopher Simmons.
The duo played the eldest son of Charmed witch Piper Halliwell and her whitelighter husband Leo Wyatt.
They starred in the show from 2003 to its end in 2006 for 45 episodes.
Now 13, the twins have stayed pretty quiet on the acting scene. However, they have kept their trademark floppy hairstyles.

Nathan Phillips (Wolf Creek), Britne Oldford (American Horror Story) and Julian McMahon (Nip/Tuck) have been set as the lead in Hunters, Syfy’s 13 episode alien counter-terrorism drama from The Walking Dead executive producer Gale Anne Hurd.
Hunters follows Flynn, a highly decorated FBI Special Agent whose search for his missing wife leads him to a secret government unit assembled to hunt a group of ruthless terrorists – shadowy figures that may or may not be from this world. The series is described as “tonally dark”, offering a unique crossover twist between gritty crime drama and sci-fi thriller.
Julian McMahonNathan Phillips has been cast as Flynn, a headstrong Baltimore FBI agent with a dark past trying to piece together the disappearance of his wife; Britne Oldford will play Regan, who is one of the government’s most valuable operatives and may be keeping secrets of her own; while Julian McMahon has been set as McCarthy, an unhinged junkie and Hunter cell leader.
“We were so impressed by the pilot script from this outstanding and accomplished creative team led by Gale Anne Hurd and Natalie Chaidez”, said Dave Howe. President of Syfy. “This fast-paced and innovative story takes viewers inside a chilling yet all too familiar world”.
Hunters is based on Whitley Strieber’s best-selling novel Alien Hunter and is being penned by Natalie Chaidez, who serves as showrunner and will executive produce alongside Gale Anne Hurd and Emile Levisetti Valhalla Entertainment and Universal Cable Productions are producing. Ernest Dickerson is set to direct the pilot. Production on Hunters is now underway for a 2016 premiere.

Milano and her husband of almost six years, Dave Bugliari, have a son, Milo, who will turn four this month and is “the proudest big brother you could possibly ever imagine,” and an 11-month-old daughter, Elizabella. The former “Mistresses” star said that she and Bugliari are also open to adoption.
“Why not?” she said. “We have a lot of love to give. I say this all the time to my husband: ‘If I’d met you in my twenties, we’d have six kids by now.'”
Family is important to Milano, who splits her time between L.A. and New York City. While much of her and her husband’s work is in Hollywood, Milano, a die-hard New York Giants fan whose NFL apparel is for sale at NFLShop.com, has family on the east coast.
“One of the greatest surprises about having a child and the one thing that brings me so much joy is seeing my parents with my kids,” she gushed. “There’s such pride. It’s so lovely. It’s really, really special to see that.”
